We assure you that we will always do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with the Delicat brand.

 

How long is the Delicat commercial guarantee?

 

Delicat offers a 10-year commercial guarantee on all components of your kitchen, closet and other furniture (such as drawers, doors, interiors, fittings, etc.) whenever there is a material or manufacturing defect.

The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice. The original invoice will always be needed to activate the guarantee, as proof of purchase.

 

What does this commercial guarantee not cover?

 

This warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal and prudent use (cuts, scratches, oxidation) or damage caused by direct or indirect impacts or accidents.

Any product that has been used maliciously or negligently, altered or cleaned with improper products or cleaning methods is also not covered by the commercial warranty.

 

What will be done to rectify the problem?

 

Delicat will examine the product and decide whether the reported defect is covered by the commercial warranty or not.

If Delicat decides to repair or replace the product, it will bear the costs of the repairs, spare parts, working hours and staff travel required, provided that the product is in a normally accessible condition and that the performance of the repair services does not entail any other costs.

 

How long is the commercial guarantee on kitchen appliances / accessories?

 

Delicat only assumes responsibility for the after-sales service of household appliances, sinks, mixers, etc. when they are sold by Delicat.

Warranty services will be provided under the terms of the commercial warranty in force in Portugal. Warranty services are only required if the appliance complies with and is installed in accordance with the technical specifications in force in Portugal, i.e. in accordance with the assembly and installation instructions and information provided with the appliance.

 

How long is the commercial guarantee on stone / marble worktops?

 

Delicat only assumes responsibility for the after-sales service of stone, marble and similar products when they are sold by Delicat.

Warranty services will be provided under the terms of the commercial warranty in force in Portugal.

Independently, the Silestone and Dekton brands are guaranteed for 25 years from the date of purchase, requiring only registration on the Cosentino website 6 months after purchase.
